# Credits

> How AI Audio counts credits: voice-over and dialogue 1 per 500 characters, music 1 per 10 seconds, an effect 1, times the takes, with refunds for failed runs.

Credits are the plan's monthly allowance: Premium 1,000, Max 3,000, Pro none. A run costs, times the takes:

- Voice-over and dialogue: 1 credit per 500 characters.
- Music: 1 credit per 10 seconds.
- Sound effect: 1 credit.

The composer shows the cost first. Credits are counted per calendar month from the runs. A failed run is refunded the takes it never made. The Preview costs no Geenius OS credits.
